We do not recommend installing several versions of the DReverb plugin in your system. This can cause collisions when using the plugin.

macOS

On macOS, you can install plugins to either the Macintosh HD Library folder or your user account's Library folder. It is advisable to place plug-ins in the Macintosh HD Library so that all users of the computer can access it. Paths to folders with plugins can be like this:

Format Path
VST2 /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST
/Users/[your username]/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST
VST3 /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3
/Users/[your username]/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST3
AudioUnits (AU) /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
/Users/[your username]/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components

After copying the plugin file to the destination folder, you may need to scan for new VST plugins, depending on the DAW you are using.

Attention, due to Apple's current policy regarding developers from Russia, the plugin is not signed and not notarized, so if you have problems installing it, we recommend running the following command in the terminal:

sudo xattr -rds com.apple.quarantine [full path to plugin]

Where [full path to plugin] is the full path to the installed DReverb 2 plugin.
